If you find yourself dissatisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to request for an exchange here detailing your return. No refunds will be given for goods sold. You can request for an exchange of the items purchased from our Online Store within 7 days of receipt, for orders placed within Malaysia only.
We will happily exchange the items providing it is returned in its original packaging with no signs of use or misuse.
Item must be returned with its original packaging (Box, Warranty Card, Suede Pouch, etc.)
If the item returned is incomplete or had been used, we have the rights to refuse the exchange.
The buyer must use registered/ trackable shipping services for the return and inform us with the tracking number. Please ensure that you clearly mark the goods as returned goods on any customs or postal forms.
We will exchange a totally new product for you. If postage is required to facilitate the repair/ exchange, postage charges shall be bared by the customer. Once the product has been deemed an eligible return, and the exchange request has been approved, the new product will be sent to the user within 7 working days.
